Summary:
Deserializes from bytes using the provided JsonTypeInfo for
AOT-safe deserialization. Static because the JsonTypeInfo
already encodes every option the serializer would otherwise read from
Options; the dispatch extension method in
Akavache.SystemTextJson.Bson calls into this directly.
