Summary: Serializes to bytes using the provided JsonTypeInfo for AOT-safe serialization. Static for the same reason as [DeserializeAot][M:Akavache.Reactive.SystemTextJson.SystemJsonSerializer.DeserializeAot--1(System.Byte[],System.Text.Json.Serialization.Metadata.JsonTypeInfo{--0})].
